Biography

Born: 1958 in Denver, Colorado
Retired in 2005 as a part-time reference librarian to pursue a career in writing. She consistently wrote for 17 years before any of her writing got published and now she's an author receiving high praises. (Whilst a youngster, she imagined she might grow up to be a stewardess or a spy.)

She enjoys reading fantasy, science fiction, and mystery, and she likes gaming — board and live. But her favourite thing to do is "no unnecessary work" camping with her mom.
Single; lives with her mom, brother, and sister-in-law.

The first chapter book she ever read was The Book of Three by Lloyd Alexander. She has also enjoyed Diane Duane's Young Wizards series, and The Gammage Cup.
